Following publication of the original article [1], the authors identified that the references within the article were not listed sequentially.

Also, they would like to correct the below two errors:

  1. 1.

    Nugegoda was listed as west of Colombo, this has been changed to east.

  2. 2.

    The proportion of TIN in the study by Pilapitiya et al. was incorrectly listed as 25.5, this has been changed to 27.1.

The original article has been corrected.
