CIAPIN1 overexpression attenuates LPS-induced podocyte injury. MPC5 cells were transfected with pCDH-CMV vector overexpressing CIAPIN1 for 48 h, and then incubated with a PI3K/Akt pathway inhibitor LY294002 (10 µM) and 50 µg/mL LPS for 24 h.
