(A, B) MPC5 cells were transfection with pCDH-CMV-CIAPIN1 or empty vector, and RT-qPCR and Western blot were performed at 48 h after transfection. MPC5 cells transfected with pCDH-CMV-CIAPIN1 or empty vector, and were treated with LPS (50 µg/mL) for 24 h. (C) The effect of CIAPIN1 overexpression on cell viability was assessed by CCK-8 assay.
