Adverse Event of Pregnancy

All forms of pregnancy loss (besides elective abortion), the development of preeclampsia or eclampsia, premature delivery, or delivery of a low-birth-weight infant

Premature Birth

Delivery before 37 weeks’ gestation

Low Birth Weight

Infant weighing less than 5.5 lb. (or 2500 g - <10th percentile for gestational age) at time of delivery.

Positive Driver of Disease

Pathogenic genetic variant (as classified according to ACMG guidelines), C3/C4/C5 nephritic factors, Factor B/Factor H autoantibodies, or monoclonal proteins. [20].
